The original Swedish growth chart developed by Prof Petter Karlberg and his colleagues in 1976.
Replaced by the charts BVC/School/Hospital 2000. |
Two page layout 0-8 yrs and 6-18 yrs. This layout uses logarithmic scales which the Swedish medical community have whole heartedly adopted. |
| Sweden BVC charts 2000 |
The new Swedish growth charts developed for the Swedish state to replace the 1976 model. Layout used since January 2000 in all of Sweden's 3000 BVC childcare clinics. |
Two page layout 0-2 yrs and 2-7 yrs. This layout was developed to preserve the traditional look and feel of the 1976 model, yet adds several important new features. |
| Sweden Schools charts 2000 |
New layout with focus on the school years (5-18) and particularly the pubertal period. Uses
the same national reference data as the BVC
charts. |
Two pages covering the ages 5-18 yrs.
First page shows height and weight. Second
page shows a data table and a BMI graph.
Made available to Swedish schools in the autumn 2001. |
