Sweden Karlberg 1976 The original Swedish growth chart developed by Prof Petter Karlberg and his colleagues in 1976.

Replaced by the charts BVC/School/Hospital 2000.
Two page layout 0-8 yrs and 6-18 yrs. This layout uses logarithmic scales which the Swedish medical community have whole heartedly adopted. 
Sweden BVC charts 2000 The new Swedish growth charts developed for the Swedish state to replace the 1976 model. Layout used since January 2000 in all of Sweden's 3000 BVC childcare clinics.  Two page layout 0-2 yrs and 2-7 yrs. This layout was developed to preserve the traditional look and feel of the 1976 model, yet adds several important new features. 
Sweden Schools charts 2000 New layout with focus on the school years (5-18) and particularly the pubertal period. Uses the same national reference data as the BVC charts. Two pages covering the ages 5-18 yrs.
First page shows height and weight. Second page shows a data table and a BMI graph.
Made available to Swedish schools in the autumn 2001. 
France French layouts based upon the Sempé et al data. 
Basic layout which could be used in any country with a different selection of the presented reference. Non-logarithmic scales. 
A new Carnet de Santé was published January 1st, 2006. There are only minor changes to the graphs, but an update to the component will become available in Q1 2006. 
USA US growth charts as published by National Center for Health Statistics and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
