How interactive are the charts?
When you point with the mouse on a visit you will see hints with the exact information. Also you can right click on the mouse for additional features such as zooming and copying the graphs to the clipboard. You can also zoom just by marking a part on the graph with the mouse. The person who integrates the component can also add hints and callbacks to make the chart even more interactive.
Can several users use the charts at the same time?
Yes, since the component is to be installed in a software application, it can handle as many users as the program allows.
Why are the PC PAL computerized Growth Charts unique?
The computerized charts developed by PC PAL have features that no other charts on the market have. For example they look like each countries' official paper growth charts, they are easily and perfectly printed and they contain charts for premature children. You can also export them to other programs and you can work with them in an interactive way. Additionally the computerized growth charts are customizable and we can therefore offer you changes after your specific needs. Once the component is installed, interactive features, such as hints and callbacks, can be integrated into the charts.
In which application can the component be integrated?
The component can be integrated into all applications supporting Microsoft's Active X technology. But we can also offer you web solutions.
Is the component easily integrated into other applications?
Yes, it's easily integrated into any system, but if you so wish we can of course offer you the service of integrating it for you.
How much time is required for the development of the customized components?
With our newly enhanced growth chart drawing tool, we will be able to correspond very quickly to your requirements.
I have a special feature that I want to use in the chart…is it possible to integrate it into the component?
PC PAL can help you customize the charts, wether it concerns new features or disease specific charts, we will implement the changes for you. We have worked with several customers developing new charts to fulfill their market needs.
Are the charts easy to learn and to use?
Really, it's almost nothing to learn. You just enter the data in your program and the component does the work. You can just relax and see the curves being plotted on the graph. And since the graph has the same look as your country's official growth charts, you will not have to spend time learning to understand the layout.
